Speaking

Speaking is one thing, truly equipping audiences to with tools for change is another.

Your job of hosting a successful event is no easy task. I get it! You need to hire a speaker who will not only engage your audience in a memorable way, but also provide them with useful tools that actually lead to growth and affect change.

My goal is to make your job easy.

I began my public speaking journey as Miss New Jersey USA. That year, I spoke to over 3,000 students and have since expanded my audience to corporations, universities, churches and community organizations, including Rutgers University, The Boys and Girl Club, and the YWCA.  My messages are relatable, practical and empowering.  Whether you are hosting a conference or planning employee assistance workshops, your audience will feel supported and understood, as well as equipped for growth.

My signature speaking topics include:

Confidence Bootcamp

  • Proven strategies to build confidence
  • Insights on developing self-esteem
  • Insights on breaking comfort zone barriers

Mastering the Inner Critic

  • Increasing self-compassion.
  • Learning to play “bigger” as opposed to playing “small”.
  • Overcoming doubt for women leaders, entrepreneurs, and ambitious women.

Stepping into Power as a Female Leader

  • Eliminating “nice girl” syndrome.
  • Showing up as your most authentic self and identifying your true desires.
  • Asking for what you want and need.

Mental Health

  • Stress reduction.
  • Overcoming racial trauma.
  • Lowering anxiety and burnout.

I speak at empowerment events, corporate and other company events, colleges, universities, youth focused events, and more (virtual and in person).   No matter your event size, your attendees will receive a powerful and relatable message, as well as actionable tools for growth.

We have received high praise and appreciation from our CPG colleagues. One colleague had this to say, “Thank you all for the great Lunch and Learn. The information was great and relatable. In fact, I went on to relate and relay it to my train friends, over dinner and at a community meeting! I learned valuable information and left with a sense of appreciation for folks experiencing multi-generational trauma.
